1. The Service

marrerocashadvance.org is operated by Marrero Cash, a loan connection service located in Marrero, Louisiana. We are not a lender, a broker of credit, or a bank. We do not make credit decisions and do not charge consumers any fee for using this site.

2. Lender Relationships

Submitting a request forwards your information to participating third-party lenders and lending partners. Any loan offer comes from that lender — not from us — and is governed by the lender's own agreement, disclosures, and Louisiana law. APRs in our network typically fall between 35.99% and 359.99% and vary by product, amount, term, and lender.

3. Louisiana Products

Deferred presentment (payday) transactions in Louisiana are capped at $350 face value and are regulated by the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions. Rollovers are prohibited. Installment and title products are governed by their own agreements and applicable Louisiana statutes.

4. Eligibility

• 18 years of age or older
• Resident of Louisiana with a valid ID
• Verifiable recurring income
• Active checking account and working phone number

Submitting false information voids the request and may violate state law.

5. No Guarantee

Completing a request does not guarantee approval, a loan amount, or specific terms. Loan availability varies by lender, area, and underwriting criteria that change without notice.

6. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive disclosures, notices, and communications electronically — by email, SMS, and phone — regarding your request. You may withdraw consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Accuracy of Content

Site content is general information about financial products, not financial or legal advice, and may not reflect the most recent statutory changes. Confirm current loan terms with the lender making your offer.

8. Intellectual Property

The site design, text, and code are the property of Marrero Cash. You may not scrape, republish, or mirror the site's content without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Complaints should first be directed to our support desk at (504) 555-0148; lending-conduct complaints may also be raised with the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
