How a Marrero Cash Request Works
Step one — the 3-minute starter
Amount, name, mobile number. That is the entire first form. It exists so you can start from a phone in a parking lot and finish later from a couch if you need to.
Step two — income and banking
Email, income source, pay frequency, ZIP. Lenders verify income electronically — no pay stub scanning, no faxing, no driving anything anywhere.
Step three — offers in plain numbers
Interested lenders respond with amounts, APRs, fees, and dates in writing. Compare them like you would any quote — nothing is signed yet, and declining costs nothing.
Step four — e-sign and deposit
Accept electronically, and approved funds move by ACH — typically landing the next business day. Repayment runs on the schedule you just reviewed, debited automatically.
Repayment, Compliance & Your Rights
Automated ACH repayment
On the due date (payday advances) or each scheduled date (installment loans), the lender debits your checking account electronically. The dates and amounts are listed in the agreement you signed — keep them funded the way you would keep any appointment.
Late payments
A missed debit can trigger lender late fees and your bank's NSF fee — often both at once. If you can see a shortfall coming, call the lender before the due date. Louisiana lenders are required to work within state rules on collections, and early communication reliably produces better arrangements than silence.
No rollovers in Louisiana
State law prohibits rolling an unpaid deferred presentment loan into a new one. When the first loan is repaid you may request another, but stacking and flipping are off the table — that is protection built into the statute, not a lender favor.
Your data
We collect what the request needs and treat it under our Privacy Policy — bank-grade encryption in transit, no selling of your Social Security number, and the right to ask what we hold. Lenders who receive your request are contractually bound to the same standards.
Complaints
Something wrong in an offer or a repayment? Call (504) 555-0148. We log every complaint, push it to the lender's formal complaint process the same day, and escalate unresolved lending-conduct issues to the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions where warranted.
