Built on the West Bank, Working Statewide
Marrero Cash started with a simple observation from Jefferson Parish: when people need $300 quickly, the options around them are either slow (banks that take a week to say no) or shaped like a storefront with a line and a fluorescent waiting room. We built an online connector instead — one short request, routed to licensed lenders who compete for the answer instead of making you drive to it.
What We Are — and Are Not
We are a loan connection service, not a lender. Marrero Cash does not decide your approval and never touches your repayment. What we do is collect your request, verify it is complete, and put it in front of participating lenders licensed to operate in Louisiana. The lender makes the offer; you decide whether to sign. That separation is the honest way to run this business, and we keep it strict.
Our Three Commitments
- Costs before signatures. Every lender in the network must present APR, fees, and due dates in writing before anything is signed. If a customer cannot name the total cost of their loan, we consider that a failure on our side.
- Louisiana rules, respected. The $350 deferred-presentment cap, OFI licensing, no rollovers — these are floors, not suggestions. Lenders who bend state consumer rules do not stay in the network.
- Plain language. Finance is full of traps made of fine print. We write our pages the way a neighbor would explain things over the fence — because most of our customers are exactly that.
Who We Serve
Roughly sixty Louisiana communities have a dedicated page on this site — from Marrero, Harvey, and Gretna on our side of the river, up through Baton Rouge and Cajun country, to Shreveport and Monroe. Shift workers in the refineries, restaurant crews, nurses, teachers, offshore hands waiting on a rotation to pay, small contractors bridging an invoice — the whole payroll of a state that runs closer to the edge than it should have to.
Talk to Us
Questions, complaints, or something an offer did not explain? Reach the desk at (504) 555-0148 or through the contact page — a human answers, and complaints get escalated to the lender's complaint process the same day.
